Ian an Englishmen by birth has travelled the world extensively and emigrated to New Zealand in 2001 where he got more actively involved in managing his own property development projects and investments.
Constantly looking for new investment opportunities in and around the pacific region Ian and his international investors found it difficult to find good project managers and well informed real estate professionals who represented high net worth clients.
