It's very easy with so many companies and individuals jumping on the "Eco" bandwagon that they sometimes miss the opportunity of building a truly wonderful home. We're seeing the growing Eco community lose sight of real family living functionality giving way to expensive "Ecofriendly" homes that demand high maintenance and eventual unwanted compromises.
Our philosophy is to embrace certain leading Eco products that work whilst still maintaining highly functional buildings that look great and help minimise energy costs. We feel it is important to compromise and have the best of both worlds delivering the very best living experience at a price conscious and Eco-friendly manner.
Our latest project embraces this very philosophy by designing a highly functional luxury family home whilst utilising some of the highest insulated building products and heating technologies available on the market today. We will build this home using our own in-house project management processes and procurement methods to bring the build price down to the same levels as most high volume conventional timber framed housing companies.
Our challenges don't stop there, we will be building during the winter months with new service providers, building products and a local Council that have recently been disrupted by amalgamation and consolodation.
