New Zealand Projects International

A project fully managed by NZ Projects International. The site is an undeveloped 16 acre beachfront site in the Bay of Islands New Zealand.

Project activities managed and completed as follows:

1. Site cut and fill of 5,000 cubic meters to landscape lower section
2. New 180m driveway cut from hilltop entrance and concreted to lower beachfront section.
3. Subdivision of the site into two titles (9 & 6 Acres)
4. Multiple building platforms created; elevated hillside platform and several lower beachfront sites.
5. Design and Build of a modular tidal jetty and boardwalk. Local authority application submitted and approved.
6. Foreshore errosion works permits applied for and sucessfully gained.
7. Roading and access-ways designed and constructed.
8. A successfull marketing programme was undertaken to sell the smaller 6 Acre site.
9. Registered Valuation investment growth achieved in excess of 400% over 4 years after project costs.

New Zealand projects have successfully won Phase 2 works including the design and build of a new residential home on the site. The owner seeks expressions of interest to help fund the build for eventual property sale. Expressions of interest should be made directly to New Zealand Projects International.
