A new multi-use development project in the Bay of Islands comprising a 60 suite Hotel, a Cultural Trade Centre with Cinemas and a Gas Station is in the planning and design stages.

New Zealand Projects International have been instructed by the developer to manage the search and selection of the end user hotel group and gas station sites as well as various research undertakings to support the construction finance approval and use of the site.
