Property Preparation for Sale - United Kingdom
A project undertaken by our New Zealand team in the United Kingdom. This project involved our team assessing and managing the house and gardens preparation for a quick sale as part of a deceased estate.
Our instructions were to achieve maximum sales price whilst keeping renovation budget to a minimum. The property was professionally redecorated and landscapped to a suitable standard under budget and within three weeks.
New Zealand Projects International sucessfully undertook a search and selection exercise and appointed three estate agents to undertake a tender procee managed by our team. The property sold by tender as planned and achieved a GBP40,000 price above valuation to the delight of the executors of the estate in a flat market, even the estate agents were amazed.
