Since 2001 New Zealand Projects International has been developing and managing the delivery of high quality solutions for the property sector in New Zealand, Australia and beyond.

The vast majority of the New Zealand building industry is still using building techniques that are over 100 years old, utilizing high rates of labour and bespoke building practices. The challenges are greater than ever with an increasing demand of new buildings and less skilled building professionals building them. Add to this almost monthly building material cost hikes for increasingly lower quality materials and a stretched council issuing permits and the housing crisis in New Zealand shows no sign of improvement.
When we consider the cost of building is extremely expensive in New Zealand compared with other countries who build in more demanding climates and have less local resources on their doorstep, it’s left to the more pioneering private companies to push the boundaries of how and what we build whilst circumnavigating the various hurdles that are placed upon them.
The only way to do that is through experience, innovation and a willingness to change, and at New Zealand Projects International we are constantly questioning, improving, simplifying, and sourcing better quality products from our international partners in order to build better buildings and achieve extraordinary outcomes for our clients.
